At Summer Moon Design, all products are distributed digitally, so there are no tracking numbers associated with your purchase. Our Merchant of Record, Paddle, handles your payment, global taxes, and secure transaction processing. Here's how your digital products are fulfilled immediately after checkout:
Your card, in the form of a pdf, will download as soon as your Paddle transaction completes, and you will receive two emails: a transaction receipt directly from Paddle and a fulfillment email from Summer Moon Design.
❧ On the card creation page, you provide your name and email, the recipient's name and email, and a brief message. You choose the background color, the font, and whether or not you want confetti when the card is opened.
❧ Upon successful payment, an automated email with a unique link to their ecard is immediately sent via email to your recipient. You will also receive an automated email notification the moment your ecard is successfully sent.
All digital greeting cards, artwork, illustrations, designs, text, graphics, and electronic card formats available on Summer Moon Design are the sole intellectual property of Tessa Murphy. These works are protected by national and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Your purchase of any product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to you.
When you purchase a printable greeting card or an ecard, Summer Moon Design grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the digital file for personal, non-commercial use only.For Printable/Downloadable Cards: You may download the file and print copies for your personal use to give to your own friends, family, and recipients.For Ecards (Digital Cards): You may use our system to electronically transmit the customized card link to your designated recipient.3. Prohibited Uses & RestrictionsYou are strictly prohibited from misusing our digital assets. By purchasing or using our services, you agree that you will not:Sell, resell, redistribute, sub-license, or lease the digital files or ecard links to any third party.Share, upload, or post the raw, high-resolution source files (such as PDFs or JPEGs) to public forums, file-sharing platforms, or social media networks where others can download them.Modify, alter, remix, or create derivative works from our designs for the purpose of commercial sale, resale, or distribution.Use our designs on print-on-demand websites (such as Zazzle, Redbubble, or CafePress) or commercial printing platforms to sell physical goods.Falsely claim or misrepresent that you are the original creator or copyright holder of the artwork.4. Abuse of the Ecard Transmission SystemOur ecard system is intended solely for sending genuine, personal greetings. You agree not to use our system to transmit messages that contain spam, promotional marketing, harassment, defamatory content, or abusive language. We reserve the right to revoke access and terminate card transmissions immediately if a violation of these terms is detected.
